N2Z Walking Group

Welcome to the N2Z Walking Group. 

The purpose of the group is to increase our health, wellbeing and fitness and it's for everyone from the top of the New to the bottom of the Zealand.

Walking offers a number of health benefits. The idea for this group came when Selwyn visited his family doctor upon the doctors retirement and asked him 'what is the single best piece of advice you have gained in your career you can give to support good health?' He replied... 'keep moving'.

The idea of the N2Z walking group came from that conversation.
